On-site content production is available in Guwahati and across Assam. Video editing, social media management and our courses are fully remote and available worldwide.
How fast do you deliver video edits?
Our standard turnaround is 48–72 hours per video. Agency package clients get 24-hour priority turnaround. We confirm timelines at the start of every project.
How do I pay?
After we agree the scope, we send an invoice or a secure Razorpay payment link in the name of Mr SmX Studios. You can pay by UPI, debit or credit card, net banking or wallet. International clients can pay in USD.
What do I need to send for video editing?
Your raw footage and any brand guidelines (logo, colours, fonts). We handle editing, colour, captions, music, motion graphics and delivery in the formats you need.
Can I cancel a monthly package?
Yes. Monthly packages can be cancelled before the next billing date with 7 days' notice. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
Do you offer custom packages?
